Our Story

Started by three consultants who got tired of watching change initiatives crumble, Vision & Associates opened in 2011. We spent our first year working with a mid-sized manufacturing firm on a massive restructuring. It was rough. Messy. But it worked because we actually listened. That success taught us our whole philosophy: change is about people first, strategy second. Over 13 years, we've worked with 47 clients—from healthcare networks to tech startups to government agencies. Each one taught us something. We've stayed small intentionally. Bigger isn't better when you're dealing with human transformation.
